Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal policy for Al-Kashaf Journal:

• Authors may withdraw their manuscripts at any time before the manuscript is published.
• To withdraw a manuscript, the authors must submit a written request to the editor-in-chief.
• The request must include the title of the manuscript, the authors' names, and the reason for the withdrawal.
• The editor-in-chief will review the request and may grant the withdrawal if the reason is deemed to be valid.
• Valid reasons for withdrawal include:
  • A major mistake or error in the manuscript is discovered.
  • The manuscript is plagiarized or contains other forms of academic misconduct.
  • The manuscript is no longer relevant or accurate.
  • The authors are unable to complete the revisions requested by the editor-in-chief.
• If the withdrawal is granted, the manuscript will be removed from the journal website and will not be published.
• The authors may be asked to provide evidence to support their reasons for withdrawal.
• The editor-in-chief may refuse to grant a withdrawal request if the reason is deemed to be invalid.
• In cases where a withdrawal request is denied, the authors may appeal the decision to the editorial board.
