Contemporary Corporate Culture and Prophetic Teachings: Comparative Study

Abstract

Islam is a code of life for all human beings irrespective of anything. Its fundamental aim to establish prosperous society. Islam recognized individual and communal rights of possession and ownership on the property. It determined the rules and regulations to govern the corporate activities also. No one is free to exploit any vulnerable person in Muslim society. The article in hand will prescribe the unlimited orbit of contemporary corporate culture and human exploitation. It will highlight the socio-economic crisis because of rule less system of corporate. This study will describe the Islamic regulations particularly prophetic teachings in this regard. It will facilitate to understand the Islamic spirit in trade and business activities. This paper will bring recommendations to prepare legal provisions to regulate contemporary corporate acts and to make peaceful corporate culture.
